Kashmir Spinach


Brown Rice Bake

Tasty Bite Organic Brown Rice: 1 pack ( 250g)
Tasty Bite Kashmir Spinach : 1 pack
Brown Rice : 250g
Eggs: 4
Ricotta Cheese: 150- 200g
Grated Cheese: 1 cup
Salt: ½  teaspoon

Open contents of Kashmir Spinach and
drain excess fluid in a colander.
Mash the Paneer cheese. Set aside.
Mix one egg with the brown rice and press onto a greased quiche pan.
Bake in a medium oven for about 15 minutes & remove.
Beat the remaining 3 eggs, add the ricotta,salt, half a cup of the grated cheese &  the drained Kashmir spinach.
Pour on top of the baked rice.
Sprinkle remaining grated cheese and some freshly shredded spinach.
Bake till golden and set.

Serve with Chilli sauce or mustard.

Great for lunch !
