DAL & SPINACH SOUP

Ingredients: Tasty Bite Kashmir Spinach:  1 pack Tasty Bite Jodhpur Yellow Dal: 1 pack Milk:  1 cup Method: Mash up Paneer pieces in the Kashmir Spinach  Heat Jodhpur Yellow Dal with a cup of milk in a saucepan. When warm, stir through Kashmir Spinach & serve. A delicious creamy soup in minutes Serve with pappadums

Serving Suggestions  Add more or less milk to make it as thick or thin as you want Add any grated vegetable Add some fresh coriander for flavour, just before serving
