Lentil Tacos 

Ingredients:  Tasty Bite Madras Lentils: 1 Pack Taco Shells:  1 pack Shredded Lettuce:  1 cup Diced Tomato: ½ cup Diced onions:  1 tablespoon Sour cream:  2 tablespoons Shredded Tasty Cheese:  ½ cup

Method: Empty Tasty Bite Madras Lentils into a colander and drain off excess liquid. Warm the Taco shells in a hot oven for a few minutes. Fill with drained Madras Lentils, sour cream, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions and shredded cheese and serve. Let the kids fill up the Tacos themselves ....it will be fun! Gluten free Option:  Gluten Free Taco shells are available in the Mexican section of your supermarket.              Vegetarian

Serving Suggestions  Other grated vegetables can be added. Fill  with flavoured minced beef. Top with avocado and jalapeno peppers.
