Beetroot Salad with Bengal Chickpeas

Ingredients: Tasty Bite Bengal Chickpeas:  1 pack Canned cubed Beetroot: 1 can ( drained) Canned Corn Kernels: 2 tablespoons Red Onion: 2 tablespoons ( finely diced) Method: Empty ½  cup  of Tasty Bite Bengal Chickpeas into a colander. Tap a few times, to drain fluid.  Set aside the drained sauce. Add the drained chickpeas, corn & onions  to the drained  beetroot. Drizzle some of the set aside sauce onto the contents of the bowl. Mix gently and serve. Fibre rich & Tasty ! The proportions of the ingredients in this salad is entirely up to you.  Add more, less or any other veggies Vegetarian & Vegan
