Company Agreement.

This agreement is a contract between you and Preferred Brands Australia Pty Ltd( ABN 30 101 120 192), administrators of the Tasty Bite Australia on-line Store ( hitherto referred to as the Store), to supply goods as per your order. A customer form must be filled in before you place an order with the Store. You will be required to pay for your goods through the payment option offered before you receive your goods. You warrant that all information and data provided by you in the customer application is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly inform the Store, if there is any change to this information. Once you are a registered member or business you must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. The Store’s liability is limited to the replacement of goods in case of a faulty product. If the product is found faulty, you will be required to get in touch with us within 24 hours. We will organize a replacement or a credit on your next purchase. Once the customer form has been filled and processed, you are bound by this agreement.
