- Do you ship to other countries ?
No …at this stage we can only deliver in Australia
- Can I shop without registering ?
Yes, you can but we recommend you do register.
- Why should I register to become a member ?
It will save you time the next time you shop as you will not have to fill in information again to facilitate delivery. Members will also get special offers.
- How do I register?
Just click on new customer and fill in the form.
- How do I shop ?
Click on “Browse in my store”. Then pick a category from the category page . Once you are in your preferred shopping page, select a product by adding a number to the quantity box and click on “ Add to cart”. You will be informed with a pop up that you have selected an item. You can check the view cart on the top right hand yellow panel. To continue shopping, click on any of the categories on the right panel, make your selections and add to cart. When ready, click on checkout. You will now be asked to sign up and can proceed as a guest. You will then be asked to fill in a form for billing and shipping purposes.
Once the form is submitted, you will get a receipt with a order reference number. You have successfully shopped on the Tasty Bite On Line Store! You will receive an invoice once the order has been processed by our staff.
- What is an inner ?
A 6 pack
- Can I buy single packs?
No …The minimum order is a 6 pack ( inner)
- What is a carton?
8 inners ( 6 packs) = 48 units for Curries
6 inners ( 6 packs) = 36 units for Complete Meals
- What are Mixed Packs ?
Mixed Packs allow you to have variety within an inner or carton.
You can have different varieties in one inner (6 pack) or have different inners in one carton. Click on Mixed product category. Select curries or complete meals. In the shopping page, decide if you want an inner or carton first. Select your products from the drop down list. Then add quantities to total 6 for an inner or 8 for a carton for curries, & 6 for an inner and 6 for a carton for complete meals. There has to be a mixed selection.
- How do I order 2 Mixed packs ?
If the Mix you want is the same, add 2 in the quantity box and click on Add to cart. Should you want 2 different mixes, finish one and then proceed to the next
- How do I add or amend an order ?
To add, click on one of the categories on the right panel and continue shopping. To amend, click on Remove
- Who do I call, if I have any concerns ?

- Can I redeem Gift Vouchers at supermarkets ?
No. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only in Tasty Bite Australia’s on line store.
- What are my payment options ?
You can only pay through Pay Pal. If you do not have an account with them, you can pay by credit card through them.
- When will I receive my order?
Once processed, you should receive it in 2-4 days in the Eastern states but may take up to a week in WA & NT.
- What should I do if there is damage to the products?
Please get in touch with us immediately, so that we can organize a credit or replacement.
